Tanya Williams (Level 4 NZCE): Many of you will know Tanya, who has been lifting weights in the gym for over 15 years! "It takes motivation, determination and consistency to succeed," says Tanya, "although a healthy lifestyle is more than just lifting weights. It's about stretching, warming up, eating healthily, and getting neccessary rest and enough sleep."
