Competition Preparation
Jane has been very busy training HARD for her first time competing in bodybuilding this year.
Yes.. I did ask her to hold up a ladder for a photo.
I also asked her a few questions about her training -->
️How long have you currently been training for?
For my first bodybuilding competition I started at the beginning of November last year, but training really picked up when I hired a better coach who knows what they’re doing in all aspects when it comes to bodybuilding.
Biggest challenge in preparation so far?
Getting sick, as it puts a hold on training , cardio, and also posing.
Your preferred exercises are?
All back exercises.
What has been the best thing about your journey so far?
Getting stronger physically and mentally.
Advice to give someone considering competing for the first time?
Get a good coach who knows what they’re doing and start pose practicing straight away.
