Training Like A Champ
With his first time competing in the Bodybuilding competition coming up, I asked Phil some questions about his journey so far -->
How long have you currently been training in the gym?
I've been training on and off for the last 15 years.
What is your biggest challenge in preparation for the competition so far?
Just fitting in time to get to the gym really.
Any preferred exercises?
I enjoy them all buy I love skull crush's weighted dips incline dumbbell press.
What has been the best thing about your journey so far?
All the support and kind words of encouragement people have been saying.
What advice would you give someone considering competing for the first time?
Just do it.
