•Higher Beginner/early Intermediate - Thursdays 7.30pm.

•Higher Intermediate/Advanced - Tuesdays 6.30pm.

PoleFitness is a great complementary exercise along side your usual gym training. It helps by Improving flexibility, balance, and overall body mind/muscle connection. Pole engages the entire body, particularly the arms, core, and back, providing a different kind of resistance training than your usual weights alone.
